Your Brand. Our Studio.
We partner with marketing, PR, and content agencies to produce podcasts for their clients under the agency's brand. You own the relationship and the deliverables — we run the studio behind the scenes.
End-to-end production, editing, repurposing, and publishing — delivered on your timeline, in your house style, with full confidentiality. Add podcasting to your service offering without hiring a production team.
A full production team, behind your logo.
Production
Pre-interview research, run sheets, recording sessions, and broadcast-quality audio and video editing.
Repurposing
Every episode reworked into articles, blog posts, newsletters, social posts, and short-form video clips.
Publishing
Distribution to every major platform, show notes, transcripts, and ongoing reporting — all under your brand.
White Label Questions, Answered.
Whose brand appears on the podcast?+
Yours, or your client's — never ours. Cover art, intro and outro, show notes, transcripts, distribution feeds, and every repurposed asset ship under the brand you specify. We sign an NDA up front and stay invisible to your client unless you choose to introduce us.
What are the typical timelines?+
Onboarding and brand setup take 2–3 weeks. Once we're producing, edited episodes are delivered within 5 business days of recording, with repurposed assets (clips, articles, social posts) following 2–3 days later. Rush turnarounds are available when your client needs them.
How does the approval process work?+
You approve everything before your client sees it. Each episode flows through a shared review board: rough cut → your notes → final cut → your sign-off → delivery. Repurposed assets follow the same path. One round of revisions is included on every deliverable; additional rounds are available.
What do you need from the agency?+
A single point of contact, your client's brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts, tone of voice), the show concept and target audience, and access to the host for recording. We handle everything else — scheduling, guest research, run sheets, production, publishing, and reporting.
How is pricing and billing handled?+
We bill the agency on a flat monthly retainer per show, regardless of how you price it to your client. No per-asset fees or surprise line items. Volume discounts apply when you bring multiple shows under the same partnership.
